  • Our group is not committed to making large profits as our goal is to give as much as possible to charities and non-profit organizations within our communities. While we can’t guarantee you will make a lot of money through us, we do guarantee you will be making a positive difference in the world.

  • Our memberships allow us to offset operational costs and give more back to you. We understand life as an artist can be a major struggle from promoting yourself to generating income, and we hate to ask for anything from you. But we need to keep ourselves open and able to provide more opportunities to you and our customers whether that is a wider range of products, gallery shows, or fundraising events.

    Any money that Art By Donation keeps is going right back into making us better, stronger, and bigger - nothing is used for personal gain or benefit.

  • We do not believe that “AI” and “Artist” belong in the same sentence.

    As a very small company we have no real way of ensuring AI creations do not make it onto our site without strict vetting of our artists. Artists are required to provide at least one photo of their piece in progress to prove that they made it themselves. Certain cases may require stricter measures as AI threatens the art community. Inspiration can be found via AI, but the skill to bring the piece to life must be present.

    We try our best to prevent AI from getting in. If it happens, our customers will be fully compensated and the “artist” will be banned.

  • Unfortunately there are many people out there that are happy to profit off stolen work. We have strict policies in place preventing customers (or visitors) from redistributing artwork, but it is nearly impossible in today’s digital age to prevent it completely.

    If you see work that you believe to be stolen, we encourage you to report it to us through our Contact Page and we will take the necessary steps to stop it.
